Celeste shares powerful new single and album details ahead of Manchester outstore gig

Celeste has confirmed the release of her second album Woman Of Faces for November 2025. Produced by GRAMMY®-winner Jeff Bhasker and Beach Noise, the nine-track album includes recent singles On With The Show, This Is Who I Am, and the newly released title track Woman Of Faces.

Celeste will preview the new material at a series of UK outstore shows in early November, including a Manchester date at Manchester Academy 2 . The special event is in partnership with Crash Records and follows her acclaimed summer of live performances, including a Pyramid Stage appearance at Glastonbury.

Woman Of Faces draws on the unraveling of a romantic relationship, offering a journey through heartbreak, resilience, and self-realisation. The lead single blends sweeping orchestral arrangements with Celeste’s soulful vocals and introspective lyricism. Speaking about the track, Celeste said, “Initially, the song was about realising I have shades of complexity within my mind and not being able to pinpoint what or why they were there. It gave me a sort of diagnosis. Like, yes, I find it hard to navigate, but at least I can begin to adapt.”

She added that the track is also a tribute to often-unseen women, explaining “I want it to speak for people who don’t feel seen. There are some women who are like constant caregivers that just go unnoticed, they’re always waiting in the wings. People don’t thank them, but they’re always there. I want that song to be for those people.”

Since her double win at the 2020 BRIT Awards and BBC Sound of 2020, Celeste has earned a Mercury Prize nomination, an Oscar nod for Hear My Voice, and topped the UK charts with her debut Not Your Muse. Her recent return — including a film debut in Steve McQueen’s Blitz — marks a bold new chapter.
