Aerosmith and Yungblud unite across generations for One More Time EP

Aerosmith and Yungblud have announced a joint EP titled One More Time which will land in November. The five-track project marks Aerosmith’s first new music in over a decade and promises a raw, intergenerational collaboration that bridges their classic rock sound with Yungblud’s unfiltered modern energy.

The EP includes four original co-written songs and a 2025 rework of the Aerosmith classic Back In The Saddle. The lead single My Only Angel is available now, featuring both frontmen trading vocals over shimmering guitars, piano, and a signature Joe Perry solo. The track arrives with an accompanying visual set to land at 4.00pm today.

“Making music with Yungblud has been like plugging into pure electricity,” said Steven Tyler. “Here’s this kid who grew up on our records, and now we’re in the studio together creating something that bridges generations. When we sang together for the first time, I could feel that same fire that drove us when we were starting out in Boston. Yungblud is writing the next chapter in rock history—and we’re honoured to write it with him. Rock and roll is timeless when you pour your heart and soul into it.”

Joe Perry added, “You know it’s special when you pick up your guitar and the energy in the room completely shifts. Working with Yungblud reminded us why we fell in love with rock and roll in the first place—it’s raw, it’s rebellious and it refuses to be tamed. These new songs have teeth, and that’s exactly what rock needs right now. This is Aerosmith doing what we do best: pushing forward, while staying true to who we are.”

Produced by Matt Schwartz and featuring longtime friend Matt Sorum (Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver) on drums, the EP was born from a single planned collaboration that evolved into a full session. One More Time also features bespoke artwork designed by Chrome Hearts’ Joe Foti and will be available as a digital and limited-edition vinyl release.
