One Direction, currently one of the world’s biggest acts have announced a UK and Ireland tour for 2015.  The news follows previous announcements of dates in Europe, North America, Asia and South Africa.

The tour will see the band performing songs from their new album Four at the Manchester Arena on 3rd and 4th October 2015.

The 17-date tour is set to kick off in London at the O2 and will be preceded by a one-off performance at Cardiff’s Millennium Staduim in June 2015.

Four is One Direction’s biggest album yet, hitting number 1 on the iTunes chart in 85 countries with sales of over 2 million in just one week and was their four album to debut at the top of the US Billboard charts.

Tickets for One Direction performing at the Manchester Arena on 3rd and 4th October 2015 go on sale at 9am on Saturday 6th December.
