Huw Eddy & The Carnival are holding a charity gig at Manchester’s Gullivers in support of local charity and project Reclaim.

Reclaim is  Manchester based youth leadership charity set up in 2007.  The charity helps disadvantaged working class children aged 12-15 with leadership and entrepreneurial programmes.  Reclaim strives to achieve lasting social change by helping young people to maximise their full leadership potential.

Huw Eddy & The Carnival will be putting on an end of year hootenanny celebration event.  Local acts Lewis and Becky, and Ramona Rose will be joining them.  The event is will showcase the acts’ folk, Americana rock and pop.  Huw Eddy and The Carnival themselves bring influences of indie rock and folk with Northern Soul undertones.  They come to the gig to celebrate their busiest year yet, featuring festivals, touring with Molotov Jukebox and the recent release of their debut EP Malflourished.
