James confirm 2026 arena tour with Co-op Live Manchester date and new best-of album
James will headline at Manchester’s Co-op Live as part of their newly announced Love Is The Answer arena tour. The 10-date UK and Ireland run will see the band joined by special guests Doves, with dates in Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, London, and more.
The tour follows their busiest ever summer of shows, including a street concert in Penamacor, Portugal and an ongoing North American tour celebrating their 1993 album Laid. James are also set to tour South America later this year.
As part of today’s announcement, James have confirmed they will release Nothing But Love – The Definitive Best Of on Friday 21 November 2025 via UMR. The three-disc retrospective features hits, fan favourites, and two newly recorded tracks — Wake Up Superman and Hallelujah Anyhow — produced by Leo Abrahams, who worked on their 2024 chart-topping album Yummy.
The deluxe 3CD edition offers exclusive track commentary, while a 5LP version includes 14 tracks making their vinyl debut. Wake Up Superman premieres on Vernon Kay’s BBC Radio 2 show on 8 October 2025.
