Andrew Cushin has shared his latest single Alright which features on upcoming album Love Is For Everyone.

The new album lands ahead of a UK run including a Manchester gig at Manchester Club Academy.  The Manchester gig is one of 10 UK dates he will headline across May and June.

Love Is For Everyone will mark Andrew Cushin’s second album with his debut Waiting For The Rain receiving huge praise and endorsements from the likes of Sam Fender and Noel Gallagher.

Speaking about the new single, Andrew Cushin said “Alright is about the struggle of being skint. There are lines in the song that personify working to live: saving for a cheap holiday, spending time in the pub with your mates. The chorus is about striving for more than just that. ‘It’s alright if you wanna take it, but I’m not like that and I’ll never be that way.’ ‘Alright’ is a record about taking your situation and either living with it or working to make it better.”

“It’s a very indie song born out of one of my family asking me to write something she could dance to. If she doesn’t dance to this I’m all out of ideas.”

Alright will feature on Andrew Cushin’s upcoming album Love Is For Everyone alongside the previously released title track.
