TS7 reworks Katie May underground classic with new single
TS7 teams up with Katie May for Only One, a fresh reimagining of her 2007 track You’re Not The Only One. The single follows recent releases Secrets and Fallin’.
British DJ and producer TS7 has released Only One, a bold new reworking of Katie May’s underground favourite You’re Not The Only One. First aired during his sets at Bassline Festival and Bassfest this summer, the track has since sparked widespread demand for an official release.
Only One retains the soaring topline that made the 2007 original so memorable, while injecting a contemporary bass-driven edge. Speaking about the collaboration, TS7, real name Thomas Sampson, said: “I spent many weekends as a teen raving to this one. It was an absolute anthem in my hometown Bradford so I jumped at the opportunity to give it a rework for 2025. It’s one of those hooks that you find yourself singing without even realising, really excited to get this one out to the world.”
With a career spanning nearly two decades, TS7 has amassed tens of millions of streams for releases including Real Raver (with Slick Don), Freak and Slow Down. He remains prolific in 2025, with Only One following his singles Secrets and Fallin’ alongside an acclaimed remix of Jorja Smith’s The Way I Love.
The Bradford-born producer is also a sought-after remixer, working with names such as James Hype, Estelle, Sigala, Bru-C and Disciples. Collaborations with Clementine Douglas, Karen Harding and Skepsis have further showcased his versatility. On stage, he has appeared at Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds, Parklife and Creamfields, and will perform a back-to-back set with Denon Reed at London’s Steel Yard on Friday 26 September, before joining The Halloween Shutdown at Birmingham’s Digbeth Arena on Saturday 25 October.
