Rick Astley returns with arena tour and new autobiography

Rick Astley will headline at Manchester’s Co-op Live in April 2026 as part of a major 12-date UK and Ireland arena tour. The run opens in Glasgow on 10 April and includes stops in Belfast, Dublin and Leeds, concluding at The O2 in London.

The multi-platinum artist will be joined by special guest Gabrielle across all dates.

Rick Astley first rose to global fame in 1987 with his chart-topping debut Never Gonna Give You Up, followed by a string of international hits including Together Forever and Whenever You Need Somebody. His debut album of the same name sold 15.2 million copies worldwide.

After stepping away from the spotlight, Astley made a high-profile return with his 2016 chart-topping album 50. Since then, he has released eight studio albums, sold over 40 million records, and collaborated with artists such as Foo Fighters and Blossoms.

In addition to the upcoming tour, Rick Astley will release the paperback edition of his official autobiography Never on Thursday 9 October 2025. Published by Macmillan, the Top 10 Sunday Times Bestseller offers a candid look at his career, personal life, and return to the stage.
