Charles Kelley returns with second solo album Songs For A New Moon
Charles Kelley unveils Songs For A New Moon
Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Charles Kelley has released his second solo album Songs For A New Moon, now available worldwide. Known as one-third of country trio Lady A, Kelley explores fresh creative ground with this 16-track project, produced mainly by Sam Ellis and Lindsay Rimes.
The collection spans influences from yacht rock to country, layered with shimmering ’80s pop. Kelley co-wrote every original track, while also reinterpreting The Killers’ Here With Me and Cyndi Lauper’s Time After Time. The record closes with the piano-led ballad Look What We Did.
Songs For A New Moon includes Kelley’s US Top 10 single Can’t Lose You, which he recently performed on The Kelly Clarkson Show and CBS Mornings.
