Tommy Emmanuel brings his UK tour to Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music, on the final leg of European dates.

The run of dates follow the release of his latest album Accomplice One in early 2018.  The tour will also feature leading blues guitarist JD Simo, who appears on Accomplice One and with whom Tommy has toured in the USA.

The Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer and virtuoso released Accomplice One in January 2018 to huge success.  The album was produced by Tommy Emmanuel himself and features guests including Jason Isbell, Mark Knopfler, Rodney Crowell, Jerry Douglas, Amanda Shires, Ricky Skaggs, David Grisman  and  J.D. Simo  amongst others.

Tommy has been a professional player from the age of 6, he is a member of the  Order of Australia – bestowed on him by The Queen (to recognise Australian citizens for achievement  or meritorious service ), four time winner of Australia’s Best Guitarist Award,  two time ARIA (Australian Grammy) winner, he performed at the closing ceremony at the  Sydney Summer Olympics in 2000 – to a  televised audience of 2.85 billion viewers. In 1999  Chet Atkins  presented Tommy with the  Certified Guitar Player Award – an honour only bestowed on five guitarists.
