In the run up to St Patrick’s Day, Manchester’s entertainment complex The Printworks is hosting a series of offers and events with live music, whiskey tasting and more.
With more than 15 restaurants, including the Irish-themed O’Neills and Waxy O’Connor’s there’s plenty available. And there are lots of promotions on offer.
And the fun isn’t limited to St Patrick’s Day as The Printworks has plenty of offers on in the run up.
Plus, on Sunday 17 March, The Pump Yard at The Printworks will be adorned with balloon arches and totems in the colours of the Irish Flag whilst Jimmy Doherty from The Velvet Tinkers performs.
Jimmy, who also performed at last year’s celebration, will be back again entertaining St Paddy’s Day visitors from 4-6pm and 7pm-9pm.

O’Neills
Get ‘A Taste of Ireland’ on selected drinks from 11th-14th March. Drinks such as a pint of Chieftain IPA, HopHouse 13, Tullamore Dew, bottles of Magners, or a glass of Jamesons Whiskey are available for just £3 each.
For an extra £2, you can get a shot of Jameson Whiskey with any pint. Valid all day from 15th-17th March.
Walkabout
During St Patrick’s Week, get a pint of Guinness for £1.99. Valid from Monday 11th-Friday 15th March.
As part of its ‘St Paddy’s Weekender’, you can also get a Jameson ginger & lime for £3.50 and a Baby Guinness shooter for £3.25. Valid all day between Friday 15th-Sunday 17th March.
Tiger Tiger
50% off drinks all day until midnight on Sunday 17th March. Excludes spirits and champagne.
Waxy O’Connor’s
There’ll be activity happening every day of St Patrick’s Week, including live music from Quare Craic between 6pm-8pm on Sunday 10th March.
Irish Whiskey Tasting Night with The Whisky Shop from 7pm on Wednesday 13th March. This is a ticketed event and costs £20 on the door only.
Live music on Friday 15th March, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March. Mixi & Emma and Kieran & Mixi will be performing on Sunday 17th March from 4pm until 12am.
Hard Rock Cafe Manchester
A special ‘St Paddy’s Shake’ which includes Absolut Vanilla Vodka blended with creamy vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies, a touch of mint and finished with homemade white chocolate whipped cream. Available for £8.75 between Wednesday 13th-Sunday 17th March.
There’s also its renowned Guinness & Bacon Jam Cheeseburger which contains Jameson bacon jam and Guinness cheese sauce, served with seasoned fries. Available for £14.25.

Irish food specials include Irish Stew (£6.95) and Steak & Guinness Pie (£7.95) throughout St Patrick’s Week (11th-17th March).
