Ocean Colour Scene confirm 30th anniversary UK tour with Manchester date
Ocean Colour Scene will headline Manchester’s AO Arena in 2026 as part of their biggest UK tour in three decades. The 13-date run will celebrate 30 years since the release of Moseley Shoals, their triple-platinum second album that became a defining moment of the Britpop era. The Manchester gig is one of 13 UK dates they have confirmed.
Released in April 1996, Moseley Shoals included landmark singles such as The Riverboat Song, You’ve Got It Bad, The Circle and The Day We Caught The Train. It spent 92 weeks on the UK Albums Chart and remains one of the most acclaimed British guitar albums of its generation.
The 2026 tour will feature a full set of Moseley Shoals favourites alongside a career-spanning collection of hits such as Hundred Mile High City, Travellers Tune, Profit in Peace and Better Day.
Lead singer Simon Fowler said, “It’s hard to believe that Moseley Shoals turns 30 in 2026. We owe so much to that album, so it’s exciting to be able to look forward this very special anniversary and celebrate with our amazing fans at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues.”
Guitarist Steve Cradock added, “As a thirty-year celebration of Moseley Shoals, we will be playing many of the songs from this great album. They will be part of a set and show that will be special, and a peak for us as a group. Thanks for the support. See you all in 2026.”
Drummer Oscar Harrison commented, “Our 2026 UK tour is something we are going to celebrate in a very big way. As with our sold-out tour this year, these dates will be all the more special for having my boy Leon on percussion and Steve’s son, Cass, on keys and guitar, enabling us to deliver the full Ocean Colour Scene sound for our fans. This one’s for them.”
Joining them as very special guests throughout the tour will be The Enemy.

Tickets for Ocean Colour Scene’s 2026 UK tour go on general sale at 9am on Friday 17 October 2025. Artist presale opens at 9am on Wednesday 15 October. Venue presale opens at 9am on Thursday 16 October
