Jacob Sartorious and :PM are set to support The Vamps at Manchester Arena in a lineup which already includes Maggie Lindemann.
Sartorious’ fanbase initially started to grow due to the popularity of his lip-syncing videos on the Musical.ly app and was followed with the release of his debut single Sweatshirt in 2016 with his debut EP The Last Text and follow-up EP Left Me Hangin’ landing quickly after in 2017.
Five-piece :PM join the Vamps at Manchester Arena after the success of their debut single Grown Ups and follow-up Feel Like A Fool. Speaking about performing at Manchester Arena in support of The Vamps, the band commented, “We’re buzzing to be opening up for The Vamps on their UK tour. It’s a great chance for us to finally meet all our fans across the UK.”
:PM consist of Dan Reynard (vocals), Joe Morley (bassist), Alex Boulton (drummer), Josh Stockdale and Harry Yates (guitarists) and site their main influences as 5SOS, The 1975 Arctic Monkeys (who announced two Manchester Arena gigs this week) and Kings of Leon.
Jacob Sartorious and :PM join Maggie Lindemann who was previously announced as special guest for The Vamps’ Manchester Arena gig. The show comes after the singer’s latest huge hit Obsessed. The success of Obsessed follows on from the triumphant global smash hit Pretty Girl which hit the Top 10 and has been certified Gold or Platinum in twelve countries.
Last year The Vamps also headlined at Manchester Arena with special guest Sabrina Carpenter who discussed her latest album Evolution with us backstage.
The Vamps headline at Manchester Arena on 5 May 2018.
