Details of Cotton Clouds Festival 2017 to take place at Saddleworth Cricket Club on Saturday 12 August 2017 have been revealed.
The brand new one day Cotton Clouds Festival will feature performances from the likes of The Coral, The Sugarhill Gang, Nick Heyward, The Whip, PINS, Everly Pregnant Brothers and Clint Boon (DJ set).
Cotton Clouds Festival has been put together by Max and Rick Lees alongside local entrepreneur Luke Stanley.
Speaking about the debut festival the Lees brothers said, “Having played and worked at many festivals across the UK and Europe over the last 8 years we’ve built up the knowledge and contacts to finally make this work. Saddleworth is a beautiful setting for a festival and has a rich musical heritage but there hasn’t been a music event of this scale here since The Jam played here in 1979. We hope to build a reputable event that becomes part of the UK festival scene over the coming years.”
