Leon Bridges has announced a full UK and European tour in support of his second album Good Thing including a Manchester gig at Manchester Academy.

The young Fort Worth R&B artist will head out in October and November for seventeen dates, kicking off at Neue Theaterfabrik in Munich on the 23 October and concluding at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on the 17 November.

By now Leon’s backstory is well known; he went from working as a dishwasher and struggling through the open mic scene in his native Fort Worth, Texas to two-time Grammy nominated artist performing at the White House for President Obama, attending the Met Gala and appearing on Saturday Night Live in a two year span.

Leon Bridges’ new album Good Thing is due for release on 4 May.
