Take That announce The Circus Live Tour with two-night Manchester return
Revisiting iconic 2009 live shows with a huge UK and Ireland run
Take That will headline Manchester’s Etihad Stadium for two nights in June 2026 as part of their new stadium run The Circus Live. The Manchester gigs are two of 11 UK and Ireland dates they have announced.
The tour will revisit one of the most iconic live tours in UK pop history. The 2026 shows mark the first return of Take That’s The Circus since its record-breaking debut in 2009, which sold over 600,000 tickets in under five hours.
With over one million fans attending the original tour, The Circus Live became a milestone in British live production — featuring fire-breathers, clowns, stilt-walkers and even a 30-foot mechanical elephant. The 2026 edition promises to be bigger than ever, with Take That revisiting the original setlist and teasing new surprises.
In a joint statement, Take That said, “The Circus tour was one of our favourite experiences as a band and, in the years since, we’ve talked many times about how much we’d love to do it again one day. Well, that time has come! We’re so excited to welcome audiences old and new across the UK and Ireland to the spectacle of The Circus Live next summer. See you out there!”
Take That will be joined on all UK dates by returning special guests The Script and pop icon Belinda Carlisle.
