Multi-platinum Three Days Grace bring their UK tour to an end at Manchester’s O2 Ritz on Tuesday.  The internationally acclaimed Canadian band have made history with their 14th number one single on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart, Infra-Red.

The single helped the band to break Van Halen’s two-decade record of topping the chart.  Infra-Red features on the band’s latest album Outsider, the band’s sixth full-lengther.

Speaking about the scooping the record, drummer Neil Sanderson commented, “If you had told me when we were 14 and making noise in our garage that someday we’d set the record for most #1 rock songs in America, I would’ve called you bat-shit crazy!! Accomplishments like this are never done individually. We want to thank our family who’s supported us from day one, rock radio who get our music to the masses, our label and friends in the industry for believing in the band, and MOST importantly all our loyal fans on this amazing journey with us.”

The band will be joined at Manchester’s Ritz by Bad Wolves who make their first ever European tour.  Bad Wolves earlier this year Earlier this year the band released their version of The Cranberries’ Zombie, which soared to success all over the world, and has been certified Gold in the United States and Australia as well as Platinum in Canada.

Bad Wolves released their debut album Disobey in the spring, hitting the number 22 spot on the Billboard Top 200 and number one in the UK Rock and Metal charts.

Speaking about touring in Europe, Bad Wolves vocalist Tommy Vext commented, “Last year when I stood in for 5fdp on a few of their shows I was reminded how passionate and loyal European fans are.  When BW released Zombie earlier this year we got the same, great response and couldn’t believe the massive wave of support from all over Europe, especially given that we’re a new band. Not a day has gone by that we don’t get tons of messages from fans demanding for us to come over.  Originally, we were planning to do so in 2019 but it became clear that the time is now and we had to find a way. Coincidingly, Three Days Grace invited us to join them in Europe this Fall so we didn’t think twice and here we are. We couldn’t be more excited and can’t wait to see all of you out there at the shows”
