Nouvelle Vague have confirmed their rescheduled UK tour dates and will be performing at Manchester’s Dancehouse and Liverpool’s Grant Central Hall in May 2021.
Nouvelle Vague will be heading out around the UK with 13 dates celebrating their 15 years anniversary tour.
Nouvelle Vague started as a unique project between founding members Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux who appropriated the punk and post-punk, running it through a Bossa Nova filter and reinventing the cover band genre.
The group’s first two albums, Nouvelle Vague (2004) and Bande A Part (2006) defined their unique sound with Bossa versions of New Wave Classics. Their third album NV3 (2009) featured collaborations with Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore, Ian McCullouch from Echo and the Bunnymen, Terry Hall from The Specials, Barry Adamson, The Saints & Minimal Compact.
