US band Walk The Moon return to the UK and Ireland for a run of eight shows opening with a Manchester gig at the O2 Ritz in April.
The UK tour follows the release of their latest album What If Nothing in November 2017. The 13-track album includes their hit single One Foot which quickly climbed up the US charts, hitting the number one spot on Billboard’s Alternative Songs airplay chart.
The Cincinnati, Ohio, group first hit mainstream prominence with their mammoth hit Shut Up And Dance, with the multi-platinum hit earning Walk The Moon two Billboard Music Awards in 2016, MTV Music Video Award nominations and three American Music Awards. The song catapulted the band (Nicholas Petricca – vocals/keyboard; Kevin Ray – bass; Eli Maiman – guitar; and Sean Waugaman – drums) to stardom, with the undoubted Summer Track of 2015 smashing records around the world.
