Litany has returned with her new track Uh-huh, the indie alt-pop artist’s follow up to Starsign.

Starsign saw Litany picking up a wave of support from the likes of BBC6 Music, BBC Introducing and Line of Best Fit.

Now the artist is back with the follow-up Uh-huh, a liberating, sexually-charged celebration of losing yourself in the moment.  As she explains, “Having been single for almost six years, I hadn’t felt what real intimacy with the right person was like.  Uh huh is unashamedly about sex that’s so good you lose yourself and kinda even forget who you are in that moment – it’s just you and your lover, uh huh.”

The song was written by Litany alongside Fyfe (Foxes, Gabrielle Aplin) and James New (Dua Lipa), with an official video set to drop next week.

After releasing her Single Player Mode EP last year, Litany (Beth Cornell) channelled a blend of personal passions including ’90s pop, gaming and fleeting romances into a refined sound, taking inspiration from Robyn, Christine and The Queens, HAIM, Caroline Polachek and Florence + The Machine.

Litany (aka Beth Cornell) is due to kick of 2021 by playing her rescheduled UK and Ireland headline tour.  The tour will include a Manchester gig at YES.
