Litany has shared her latest track Starsign, the first new release since last years second EP Single Player Mode.
The track finds Litany merging alt, indie, DIY and pop as she continues to channel 90s pop, gaming and youthful romance.

Litany continues in her m.o. of writing songs as if she’s having a conversation, this time sending a message to a wannabe lover before hitting delete. She explains, “When I had periods of loneliness I, like so many others, turned to online dating and lived to regret it shortly after when my commitment-phobe tendencies kicked in. Even if said date is an absolute Adonis, my career is my boyfriend.”
Starsign is being released alongside a lyric video which reflects Litany’s love of gaming. Designed like a scrolling shooter from the Super Nintendo era, her words are shot away as they’re sung.
Litany (aka Beth Cornell) is due to kick of 2021 by playing her rescheduled UK and Ireland headline tour. The tour will include a Manchester gig at YES.
