Kayla Grace has returned with her new single Pork Pies as she continues to build momentum and win critical praise.

The singer and songwriter, who has already drawn comparisons with the likes of Holly Humberstone, Olivia Rodrigo and beabadoobee wrote the track with Martin Luke Brown and producer Mack Jamieson.  It features Kayla Grace’s upfront personality as she brashly deals with bravado and hypocrisy.  Accused of having a god complex by a boorish love interest, Kayla Grace lets rip, delivering a string of quick-witted putdowns, dismissing his claims accompanied by pop-punk melodies, Britpop guitars and modern pop.

Speaking about the track Kayla Grace explains, “It’s time for a fun song about a hypocritical fuck boy liar kinda person who brags about his sexual endeavours.”

Pork Pies lands following Kayla Grace’s previous releases Dumped, Realign and Nobody Loves Me.

Having previously supported Baby Queen and played showcases for Gemma Bradley and Notion , 2023 will see Kayla Grace stepping up her game in the live arena, starting with a set at Abbie McCarthy’s Good Karma Club at Camden Assembly on29 April.  The show also features She’s In Parties and Picture Parlour.  She is also confirmed to play the Dot To Dot Festivals in Bristol and Nottingham plus the Victorious Festival.
