The country-crossover artist, Jessica Lynn who we recently interviewed, has now released the video which is made of fan shot footage from her last international tour.
Speaking about the track itself, Jessica Lynn explained, “Love Me That Way is one of my favorite songs from my new television concert special on Amazon Prime: Live at Dramatic Hall. … I connect so much with it, because it is a very good representation of who I am as an artist: a little country, rock, pop, blues, and soul.”
“There is so much passion in a relationship,” says Jessica, “often when things are going wrong and not always when they are going right. I wrote this song about having that same fire ALL of the time.”
The video for Love Me That Way was put together, drawing on fan-shot footage, to keep the memory and magic of live music alive in people’s minds.
“Throughout this pandemic, my fans have given me such incredible and loving support so I wanted to do something special for the music video for Love Me That Way.” she explains, “Since no-one Is able to travel or experience live music at this time, I wanted to create a music video filled with wonderful memories of adventure and the road: performing this song all over the world on my last International tour.
“We searched the internet for footage, so everything you see in the video was taken by fans or crew at the concerts in New York, Lithuania, France, England, Scotland, Poland, and Germany! A video for the fans — by the fans. Thank you all for being there with me through this crazy and wonderful ride!”
Jessica Lynn is due to headline at Manchester’s Gullivers in May 2021. “I am SO thrilled to be coming to the UK next May for my rescheduled Lone Rider tour. We were even able to add on two additional cities that I’ve been really wanting to go to! As sad as I was this year for our cancellation, I have been able to connect with everyone over in the UK via my livestreaming performances and have made so many new friends along the way. I cannot wait to see you all and will work on an even bigger and better show in the meantime, as well as releasing a lot of new music for you!”
