Florence + The Machine has released new album Dance Fever and will head out on a UK tour in November.

The ten-date UK and Ireland tour includes gigs in Manchester, London and Birmingham.  Florence + The Machine will headline at Manchester’s AO Arena in November.

Florence + The Machine announced new album Dance Fever in March, confirming the UK tour details in the same month.

Dance Fever features previously-released tracks My Love, Free, King and Heaven is Here.  Florence + The Machine recorded the album in London during the course of the pandemic.  The album is fueled by the hopes and dreams of reunions with loved ones and the reopening of clubs, festivals and newfound music.

The image and concept of choreomania—a Renaissance phenomenon in which groups of people danced wildly to the point of exhaustion, collapse and death—became a focal point of inspiration. Forced off the road for the first time in more than a decade, dance offered Florence propulsion, energy and a way of looking at music more choreographically.

The album has been produced by Florence Welch, Jack Antonoff and Dave Bayley.
