Courteeners have announced details of their biggest headline show to date, with a huge line-up at the 50,000 capacity Emirates Old Trafford.

The hometown gig at the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club ups the ante even from their 25,000 Heaton Park Show and their record breaking seven night run at Manchester’s O2 Apollo.

The news comes ahead of the release of Courteeners’ fifth album, Mapping The Rendezvous, which is out on 28 October and was produced by the band’s regular collaborator Joe Cross.

Tickets for Courteeners performing at Emirates Old Trafford on 27 May 2017 go on sale at 9am on Friday 21 October.
