Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have announced a huge homecoming gig at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park.  The Manchester gig marks the first hometown headline show since 2019 and the first major outdoor concert at Wythenshawe Park.

The gig will also feature special guests Primal Scream and Future Islands.

The announcement comes after the release of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds‘ latest single Pretty Boy.  The single is currently receiving widespread radio and media support and marks the beginning of a new creative chapter.  The single comes ahead of the release of Noel Gallagher’s new studio album which is due out next year and features Johnny Marr on guitar.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds first emerged in 2011. They’ve since released three studio albums, a collection of EPs and have played hundreds of live shows to fans across the world. June 2021 welcomed the release of ‘Back The Way We Came: Vol 1 (2011-2021)’ – a career-defining best of, celebrating a decade of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.  The album landed the number one album spot for the fourth time for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and his 12th number one album across his career.
