Three-time Grammy nominee Ingrid Andress has announced a string of UK tour dates including a Manchester gig at Gorilla.
The gig in Manchester is one of six UK and Ireland dates she has announced.
Latest album Good Person has continued the momentum built up with Ingrid Andress’ 2020 debut Lady Like which brought her three Grammy Award nominations. The album features the recent single Wishful Drinking, one of her biggest hits to date.
Ingrid Andress co-wrote and co-produced Good Person, with reflection and confession at its core. Eager to push boundaries, Ingrid created bold, experimental sounds that blended banjos with vocoders; swung from sweeping orchestration to spare, acoustic-based arrangements; and showcased previously unexplored parts of her vocal range
Speaking about hitting the road again Ingrid Andress said, “After a long wait (thank you to my fans for being so patient), I am so excited to finally head back over the pond for ‘The Good Person’ tour’! This one is definitely going to make up for missing out on the last 3 years – we’re going to sing sad songs together, the new *happy* songs, and so much more. I’m just so stoked to play my new album for everyone, especially in some places I’ve never been before, and see all my fans’ beautiful faces out there!”
