Arcade Fire have announced a string of UK and Ireland dates as part of their European tour.  The dates include a Manchester gig at the AO Arena as well as shows in Dublin, Birmingham, Glasgow and London.

The tour announcement came as Arcade Fire released their new album We.  The album, their sixth studio release, includes the singles The Lightning I, II and Unconditional I (Lookout Kid).  In the wake of surprise underplays including New Orleans’ Toulouse Theatre, New York’s Bowery Ballroom, Coachella’s Mojave Tent, and a triumphant visit to the UK with the reopening of iconic London venue KOKO, the WE world tour will see the return of the full production Arcade Fire experience to global stages.

Tickets for Arcade Fire’s UK and Ireland tour dates go on sale at 10am on Friday 13 May.
