Winsford band The Luka State have shared their new single Stick Around ahead of a brief run of UK dates later this year.  The Luka State will headline at Liverpool’s EBGBs in October.

The new single finds The Luka State embracing anthemic roll and roll.

Speaking about the single, The Luka State’s Conrad Ellis said, “Our generation is sometimes too quick to give up on things and is always looking for the next best thing. Like the grass is always greener on the other side. But sometimes it isn’t. This song is about teamwork and being there for each other through the rough and the smooth and basically saying no matter what I’ve got your back.”

Stick Around will feature on The Luka State’s upcoming album.  The band has been recording the album with producers Dan Austin and Grammy Award-winning Adrian Bushby at Liverpool’s Motor Museum and Eve near Manchester.  The Luka State added about the album, “Making this record has felt like a rebirth of the band. We feel like we’re able to channel our anxieties, our passions, our anger as well as our love for the life around us into our songs in a far more honest way than the first record.”

The Luka state have recently confirmed details of three UK shows including a headline date at Liverpool’s EBGBs in October.
