Skillet have announced two UK shows including a Manchester gig at Manchester Academy in April 2023.  They will also headline at London’s O2 Forum.

Skillet will be joined on the dates by alt-metal/rockers Like A Storm and the fast rising Eva Under Fire.

The two-time Grammy Award nominated, multiplatinum quartet have become one of the generations most successful rock acts, also scooping a Billboard Music Award for the double-platinum Awake.

It features in a string of huge releases for the group (John Cooper on lead vocals and bass; Korey Cooper on guitar/keys; Jen Ledger on drums and vocals); and Seth Morrison on lead guitar).  2016’s Unleashed bowed at #3 on the Billboard Top 200. Going #1 on Rock Radio, the lead single Feel Invincible cracked 150 million global audio streams and went platinum. Meanwhile, the gold-certified Unleashed became their fourth consecutive album to receive either a gold, platinum, or double-platinum status.  Meanwhile their breakout single Monster has cracked more than 3 billion global audio streams, making it one of the most streamed rock songs.

Skillet will release their new album Dominion: Day of Destiny on 17 February ahead of the Manchester gig.  The new album features five new tracks including upcoming single Psycho In My Head and marks a companion to 2022’s Dominion which was one of the highest charting rock and metal albums in the US last year.
