Manchester Museum will be hosting Science Uncovered Manchester, a spectacular night showcasing Manchester’s finest researchers and their work for an adult audience on Friday 30 September.
The event marks the second time Manchester Museum has hosted Science Uncovered Manchester and gives audiences the opportunity to explore science with themes research ares including ‘Storytelling’, ‘Lightning Talks’, a ‘Science Bar’ and ‘I Love Research’. Topics on the night include geomicrobiology, bioengineering, health anthropology, graphene and mindfulness amongst much more.
With music, drinks and a lively atmosphere amongst scientific research on show it will be an evening to remember. European Researcher’s Night is a Europe wide initiative, in which thousands of researchers all across Europe meet the public and share their work in a social setting. The project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
The free event commences at 5pm running until 10pm on Friday 30 September:
