Pet Needs will headline at Manchester’s Gullivers tomorrow, as the four-piece showcase their second album Primetime Entertainment.
Primetime Entertainment finds the band delving into feelings of fear, fatigue, adrenaline and determination. It features the previously released singles Fear For The Whole Damn World and Get On The Roof and was produced by friend and fan Frank Turner.
Pet Needs wrote and recorded the track over a period of 11 months after signing with Xtra Mile Recordings for their highly acclaimed debut Fractured Party Music. The album takes a tour towards the more personal, moving away from the party-primed debut.
The band are now in the midst of a run of UK dates which include Manchester’s Gullivers, Birmingham’s Dead Wax, Bristol’s Exchange and London’s The Grace. The dates come after a string of shows with Frank Turner earlier this year in both the UK and USA.
