With a name of the Beast, Eddie Hall may not be somebody you’d chose to take on, but The Lad Bible are rising to the challenge in a huge eating contest on Saturday at the Hard Rock Cafe.
Eddie “the Beast” Hall is just one of three huge strongmen the team from Lad Bible will take on at the venue in Manchester’s Printworks.
The Men (and Lad) will have 15 minutes to eat as much as they can from the Hard Rock’s hearty portions of 1 x combo, 1 x rack of ribs, 1 x great northern burger and a hot fudge Sunday!
Weighing a whopping 172kg, World’s Strongest Man Eddie, “the Beast” Hall is the first and only man to have deadlifted half a tonne and has won Britain’s Strongest Man for the last five years running.
6ft 4” Mark “the Miracle” Felix has competed at World’s Strongest Man no less than 12 times!

And Martyn Ford has made a career out of his 6ft 8” frame – capable of leg pressing the weight of a Smart car, he eats every hour – and reportedly spends £250 a week on food!

After the eating contest, Eddie “the Beast” Hall and Mark “the Miracle” Felix will be tackling the Giant Thor’s Hammer at the Printworks.
The eating contest is set to take place on Saturday 11 August 2018 at 11.15am at the Hard Rock Cafe, with attention turning to the Giant Thor’s Hammer at 12pm in The Printworks.
