Following the release of their latest album, Lo Moon have announced a UK and Ireland tour including Manchester gig at Manchester Academy.
News of the UK and Ireland dates follows the recent release of their latest album I Wish You Way More Than Luck.
The psych-pop four piece will headline five UK and Ireland dates including the Manchester gig at Manchester Academy 3.
I Wish You Way More Than Luck was co-produced by Lo Moon alongside Mike Vernon Davis with mixing from Alan Moulder. The album revolves around life and personality being shaped by lived experiences. “I Wish You Way More Than Luck is an album about leaving things behind—family, places, youth, relationships, time—and the traces that linger in the mind long after their physicality has receded,” the band says of the album. “The infinitely transient. What is music, or songwriting, anyway, but memory married to emotion. Feeling sustained. Echoes of lives lived and lives imagined”
Lo Moon comprises bassist/keyboardist Crisanta Baker, guitarist Sam Stewart, drummer Sterling Laws, and Matthew Lowell, the group’s singer, and chief songwriter.
