Liam Gallagher will celebrate his two night Knebworth Park shows with a live album features highlights of the gig, Knebworth 22.
The shows marked a return to the scene of the era-defining Oasis gigs of the ‘90s and featured a huge audience ranging from fans who had been present 26 year earlier and to teenagers at their first gig.
The huge shows saw 170,000 tickets sell out almost instantly. Now the live album promises to harness the heady atmosphere across the dates including mass singalongs to closing classics Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova.
Knebworth 22 also features Liam Gallagher and his band blazing through the like of Shockwave and Everything’s Electric as well as more reflective moments in Once and Slide Away.
Knebworth 22 is released alongside a live video of the weekend’s surprises.
The album is available to pre-save and pre-order now with options including digital release and physical formats including standard and deluxe CDs, black double-vinyl and sun yellow double-vinyl as well as an olive and black marble double-vinyl edition available exclusively from Liam Gallagher’s official store.
Liam Gallagher will play select international festivals this summer, including a UK festival exclusive headline set at Boardmasters before culminating with Summersonic shows in Tokyo and Osaka.
