Lainey Wilson has announced that she will release her new album Bell Bottom Country on 28 October 2022.
The album features Lainey Wilson’s new ballad Watermelon Moonshine.
The ACM New Femal Artist of the Year and iHeartRadio Music Awards’ Best New Couuntry Artist revealed the album cover on the Paramount billboard in Times Square as she confirmed details of the new album.

Bell Bottom Country draws its name from the term many have used to describe the Louisiana native’s unique sound, style and aeshetic. The highly anticipated album promises to channel Lainey Wilson’s multi-genre approach to music with infulences from ’70s rock, funk and sould but with couuntry at the core. The album will feature 14 songs. Thirteen of the tracks are co-writes with one cover in the form of What’s Up (What’s Going On).
Speaking about the album Lainey Wilson explained that the tracks will touch on her dynamism and makeup as a woman who is wise, fun, empowering, vulnerable, tenacious and more. She says, “I’ve lived quite a bit of life the past few years, and I have a lot more to say. Sure, I love a good pair of bell bottoms, but Bell Bottom Country to me has always been about the flare and what makes someone unique — I have really embraced mine, and I hope y’all can hear that across this project.”
Latest single Watermelon Sunshine features Lainey Wilson on youung love, reflecting on the dauntlessness of teenage love. The track is accompanied by a visualiser.
