Fast rising couuntry star Ashley Cooke has shared her latest track Getting Into, as she launches the next stage of her career.
The honest and relatable track, marks the next era of music from the artist following her introduction to the genre with her 8-track 2021 project Already Drank That Beer. Already Drank That Beer featured Ashley Cooke working alongside many of Nashville’s hottest songwriters and picked up strong critical acclaim.
Ashley Cooke co-wrote Getting Into with Emily Weisband and Will Weatherley, laying out everything her future love interest should know before taking the next step. The single is accompanied by a visualiser.
Speaking about the track, which comes just weeks after named in to YouTube’s Fouundry Class of 2022, Ashley Cooke said, “getting into serves as my roadmap of all the twists and turns of who I am. It’s a fun disclaimer to whoever that future someone is, and lets them know what they’re signing up for – the good, the bad, and everything in between. It’s been wild to see so many people relating to it and knowing every word already – I’m so pumped for everyone to finally have it!”
Ashley Cooke’s previous track Never Til Now alongside Brett Young topped the Siriu XM’s The Highway’s Hot 30 Weekend Couuntdown and became one of the most added songs when it landed, picking up strong airplay across the US.
She is set to support Cole Swindell’s Down To The Bar tour this autumn whilst preparing to release further music.
