House Gospel Choir have announced details of their Love Is The Message UK tour including Manchester date. The group will perform at Manchester’s New Century Hall in December, one of five confirmed dates. They will also perform at Liverpool’s Invisible Wind Factory.
House Gospel Choir has been lead for over 10 years by Founder and Creative Director Natalie Maddix. The House Gospel Choir has given her the opportunity to show her experiences as a woman living in London and to embody her cultural, spiritual and musical beliefs.
The group burst on to the scene with their debut single Salvation which hit the number one spot in the Music Week Cool Cuts Chart, number 5 on the Billboard Dance Club Chart and was named BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record by Annie Mac. Subsequent 2020 album RE//CHOIRED was born out of a love for sound system culture, the healing power of house music and the group seeking to channel the magic of people working together to raise the vibrations. The album has some of the biggest producers in dance music, with house legends Todd Terry and DJ Spen, UKG favourite Wookie, prolific producer Toddla T, Grammy-winning producer Alex Metric and UK Gospel legend Nicky Brown. Their latest releases include collaborations with an eclectic mix of talent including Ella Henderson, Rudimental, Duane Harden and Purple Disco Machine.
