Indie-folk duo Hollow Coves have shared their new track Milk and Honey and confirmed details of a UK tour for Spring 2024.

Hollow Coves will headline a string of UK dates including Manchester Academy 2.  They will headline two Manchester gigs at the venue – with an early and a late show.

The Brisbane duo’s new track Milk and Honey features on a new album set for 2024.  It is accompanied by a video directed by Nick McKinlay.

The track’s initial melodies were penned whilst on Australia’s Sunshine Coast with Matt Carins’ brother Ryan (of Australian / English band Greatest Hits).  They take on the idea of living life in the moment, instead of a constant wait for the right moment to come around.  As Hollow Coves’ Ryan Henderson explains, “I picked up my guitar and we just started improvising melodies together and loads just flowed out. Just a couple of Ryans making music together. It wasn’t until later that Matt and I sat down with the melodies and started to write lyrics to them. … The melodies inspired us to write about how easy it can be to get caught in the hustle. We wanted to remind people to choose to look for the silver linings. To make the most out of what we’ve got. To see that there is beauty all around us.”

The track follows recent singles Letting Go and Harder to Fake It as Hollow Coves build towards their next era and the release of their highly anticipated second album which will land in 2024.  The duo’s tender melodies and poignant lyrics have resonated with fans around the world with the band amassing over 1-billion on-demand global streams to date and boasting a YouTube channel subscriber base of 508k+
