G Flip has announced a return to the UK for a headline tour including Manchester gig at Gorilla.

The gig in Manchester is one of six UK dates the Australian artist has announced.  They will open the tour in Brighton ahead of gigs in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

Speaking about plans to return to the UK, which were announced as they bring their current UK run to a close, G Flip said, “I’ve had the best time in the UK this week so I’m COMING BACK!! Thank you for all the support you’ve given me on the other side of the world. It surprised the shit outta me! You’re all so lovely. I’m going to come back as much as I can, starting with this tour! See you soon.”

G Flip last week revealed their own take on Taylor Swift’s Cruel Summer, for Australian radio station Triple J’s coveted ‘Like A Version’ segment. The track, which has already racked up 1+ million combined streams, has had the seal of approval by Taylor herself, as well as Demi Lovato, Halsey and more.

Last Summer saw the non-binary artist release their second album, DRUMMER, an ode to their love for the drums and what sparked their love for music in the first place. The 12-track body of work features singles including Be Your Man which has racked up 7+ million streams on Spotify alone, The Worst Person Alive, Australia and Good Enough, which landed G an ARIA Award for Best Video, last year. G Flip also won Best Australian Live Act at the same awards, where they were nominated for a six awards.
