Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Homes and cruelty-free pet care brand Cooper & Gracie are teaming up to help find 12 of its long-term residents a forever home.

Current residents of the rescue home have received a pampering session to get them looking their best for Christmas as they look for their forever family.

As part of its mission to help 10 million rescue dogs across the world, Cooper & Gracie, a cruelty-free pet brand- is also donating any returned or damaged products to charities for them to use on their canine residents, as well as making financial donations to other animal rescue centres to help provide support for un-homed dogs.

Speaking about the initiative founder Craig Roberts commented, “Cooper & Gracie has committed to help support 10 million dogs across the world in some form – whether they be in rescue homes or walking the streets. From donations, vaccinations, food and cruelty free treatments we strive to help as many dogs as we possibly can.

“It’s well documented that Christmas time sees a huge increase in dogs being abandoned with young puppies being chosen as the perfect gift rather than older dogs being chosen.

“We wanted to work with Manchester and Cheshire Dogs home to help show some of the amazing dogs that they have that are looking for their forever home this Christmas, which might ordinarily get overlooked.”

Cooper & Gracie is looking to work with charities around the world to help, rescue, treat and protect abandoned and homeless dogs.  Charities can contact Cooper & Gracie for more information.
