Charlotte Sands has shared her new single pity, which features on her upcoming debut album can we start over?.

The single lands as Charlotte Sands confirms details of a huge world tour including a string of UK dates.

The new single lands after a huge 2023 for the artist which played arenas across the UK and Europe and scooped a Heavy Music Award.  The track marks a punch and direct response to meeting the perfect person and wanting to be more like them.  As Charlotte Sands explains, “pity’ is a song about meeting ‘the perfect person’ and wishing you could be more like them. It’s about the feeling of jealousy and comparing yourself but also about the experience of being captivated by someone else’s existence. Making this song was such a fun experience, I wanted the production to feel like a high energy show opener while the melody stayed simple and repetitive so everyone could scream the words together when we finally get to perform it live.”

The track features on upcoming album can we start over? alongside previous releases use me and get over it.  The album is available for pre-order now.
