boygenius, the trio comprised of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus, will release their first full album the record on 31 March.
The announcement follows the news that the outstanding trio will be performing at this year’s Coachella music festival and the release of three singles from the upcoming album.
The trio have released $20, Emily I’m Sorry and True Blue, in the run up to the first full length project for the band. The trio of singles marks the first new music from boygenius since 2020 when they released a handful of demos from the recording sessions of their self-titled, self-produced debut EP to raise funds for charities.
New album the record is written and produced by boygenius, recorded at Shangri-la Studios in California.
The 12-track album will be released on 31 March ahead of their Coachella performances in April.
