After hitting the Top 40 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart, Soraia will release new album Bloom in October.

The band’s latest single I Seek Fire stormed the charts and will feature on Soraia’s upcoming 10-track release.

The band said, “Thanks to everyone listening, sending us messages, and to all the stations adding our song. We are grateful and about to hit the road with huge smiles.”

The single is accompanied by a video directed by Sam Shapson who has previously worked with Demi Lovato and All Time Low amongst others.

News of the success of I Seek Fire landed as the band prepared for two shows opening for the legendary Joan Jett.  The are also set to tour alongside Hayley and The Crushers across the US.

Soraia will release new album Bloom on 28 October.  Speaking about the message behind the album Soraia’s lead singer ZouZou Mansour said, “Ultimately, our new album is about rising above all of the slights, injuries, and traumas we’ve all experienced – personally and together – and positioning ourselves into a new place we’ve chosen. A place with renewed courage and vitality. We realize we are all deserving of a life driven by our choices and power.”

Bloom marks the band’s third album with Wicked Cool Records.  Bloom builds on the themes established throughout the band’s career.  Their first studio album Dead Reckoning (2017) featured songs defining where they stood from the viewpoint of where they’d been.  2020’s Dig Your Roots was all about accepting who and what they are, and Bloom – the third in the series – is about letting go of all these things and finding that new place: musically, as a group, and as individuals.
