Dancehouse Theatre: Musical Youth UK Presents The Phantom of the Opera – Andrew Llord Webber’s musical is brought to the Dancehouse Theatre stage by the Manchester Hub of the national Musical Youth UK not-for-profit organisation which gives 10-19 year olds the opportunity to appear on stage in theatrical productions. 7.15pm plus Saturday matinee at 2pm. Tickets £15.
Friday 5 September:
Lowry Theatre: Steve Knightley – the renowned singer songwriter takes a break from his acclaimed band ‘Show of Hands’ to go on a solo ‘Grow Your Own Gig’ tour. He has four sell out gigs at the Royal Albert Hall and numerous folk awards to his name. 8pm. Tickets £17.50.
