Tunnel, the solo project of Natasha Janfaza, has confirmed that she will release her new EP Ampersand next week. The EP lands ahead of her SXSW debut.
Ampersand is expected to draw on shoegaze, grunge and evocative storytelling across its three tracks. The EP will explore confidence, love and emotional attachment.
The EP also includes collaborations with Fugazi’s Joe Lally on the title track and the band’s Brendan Canty on drums throughout. Ampersand has been produced by Owen Wuerker.
Speaking about the EP Natasha Janfaza said, “Ampersand EP gives a taste of what the upcoming full-length feels and sounds like. It’s an exploration of dynamics—unabashed confidence, tender love, and the unraveling of apathy. I felt freer making this than ever before.”
Tunnel will release Ampersand on 28 February 2025.
