Folk-rockers The Sons Of Guns have shared their new single It’s Getting Better, as they build towards their debut EP.

The new single follows their previous releases Hollywood and How Much I Lover Her So and continues to draw on classic ’70s-era Americana.

It’s Getting Better brims will playfulness and will be accompanied by an official video which drops on 15 May.  The video itself is set to depict a Dad Dance Championship content with The Sons Of Guns playing competitors, the judges and the house band.

Speaking about the track and accompanying video, vocalist and guitarist David Zincke explained, “When we recorded it I found myself dancing along to it like my Uncle Steve used to dance – very stylish dad dancing! And that’s where I got the idea for the music video. A dad dance competition. I figured it would be a lighter, and hopefully funnier departure from the seriousness of the previous single, ‘Hollywood’.”

The Sons Of Guns will shared their debut EP later this Summer.
