Cocktail bar and kitchen, Rendition, has announced 50% off their new menu this summer.  The Deansgate venue is set to launch its new menu to the public next week.

The speakeasy-style bar will treat guests to an inclusive, experience-led atmosphere with theatrical cocktails made with the finest ingredients, all paired alongside grown-up small plates, designed to share.

As well as a whole new food offering, Rendition’s kitchen team will be serving brunch for the first time ever, featuring classics such as Homemade Guac on Toast, with Red Onion and Coriander served on the Bread of the Day, 8oz Rump Steak & Eggs, Eggs Benedict, and Eggs Florentine.

From 5pm the kitchen will serve a selection of quality small plates and renditions of comfort food, including Whipped Goat’s Cheese with Flatbread, Coriander Oil, Toasted Sunflower Seeds & Dates, BBQ Beer Glazed Pork Belly, with Soy, Ale, Sesame & Treacle Glaze and 28 Day Aged Rump, served in strips with Black Peppercorn Caramel.

There is also a selection of fried chicken dishes, with chicken strips fried in Rendition’s house batter, served with toppings including Sriracha & Honey, Mango & Soy.  For a limited time diners can get 50% off the new food menu from Monday-Saturday before 8pm by signing up for a golden ticket at Rendition’s website.

Rendition has also announced it will be launching a new cocktail menu filled with classic cocktail twists and theatrical style favourites including Rendition’s Red Hot Fun which is made up of Ciroc Red Berry, Cranberry and Chilli, and The Dance which consists of Stolichnaya Vanilla, Strawberry and Bubblegum.
