Megan Moroney returns to the UK for a seven date tour in September including a Manchester gig at the O2 Ritz.
The Manchester gig is one of seven shows she will headline. She will also headline dates in Cardiff, Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Cambridge and London.
The tour follows the release of her latest album Am I Okay? in July. The album debuted at number 9 on the Billboard 200 and pulled in a wave of critical acclaim for the country breakout star.
The Georgia native set the record for the biggest Country female song debut in streams in the US, racking up 8.4 million global streams in the first week of releasing No Caller ID in January – her fastest streaming track to date. The song also charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and Spotify’s US Top 100 (all-genre). She released the live acoustic version in June as part of her Emo Cowgirl Live Sessions Series.
Megan Moroney started writing whilst studying accounting at the University of Georgia. She ultimately released her acclaimed debut album Lucky last year, quickly following it up with Am I Okay?
Lucky brought her a rapid breakthrough featuring two times Platinum-certified single Tennessee Orange. The track has amassed more than 256 million Spotify streams and scooped her first US number one hit.
