Manchester’s Museum of Illusions will host a special event on World Book Day 2025.
The annual World Book Day event takes place on 6 March, helping bring reading to life for kids of all ages.
For World Book Day 2025, the Museum of Illusions on Market Street is joining in the festivities with live reading, fancy dress and free give away:
- Tale Time – A live reading at 6pm with award-winning children’s author Marie Basting, reading her most recent book ‘Auntie Medusa and Me’.
- Dress & Win – Any children dressed up in book character costumes will be able to enter a prize draw for a fable-ous book bundle
- A Special Treat – Every visitor gets a magical illusion bookmark!
Activities are included within the standard museum ticket.
